Welcoming Rob Courson to the Children’s Cup Team

At Children’s Cup, we believe that the right people at the right time are part of God’s provision—our word for the year! And today, we’re excited to introduce the newest addition to our team: Rob Courson!

Rob is stepping into the Partner Development team, helping us focus on securing the funding and resources we need to accomplish the vision and mission God has placed before us. As we push forward in growing support for our CarePoints and expanding opportunities for kids in tough places, Rob’s experience and heart for missions will be a key part of that journey.

A Heart for Missions and Ministry

Rob’s story is rooted in missions. Growing up as a missionary kid, he developed a deep passion for seeing lives changed through the love of Jesus. That calling has shaped his life and career, leading him to serve in ministry and leadership for years.

Before joining Children’s Cup, Rob spent six years on a church staff, serving as part of their leadership team and working with young adults. He’s also skilled in marketing and technology, bringing valuable experience that will help us better connect with partners and supporters.

Some of our team in Belize may remember meeting Rob a couple of years ago when he visited with our video team. Now, he’s back—not just for a visit, but to be a part of the work full-time!
